What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a wonderfully relaxed and natural mental state. It is a state of focused attention, in which communication can be opened with the subconscious mind to effect real and positive change. Hypnotherapy is a fantastic tool, which allows clients to address issues that are negatively impacting their lives on a day to day basis.

In this state, it is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music, or even one's own thoughts or meditations. In this state, clients can turn their attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within themselves that can help them make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life.

So why is the subconscious mind so important? It is important because it is where the Real You lies, all your emotions, habits, beliefs, behaviours and memories….and it drives our perspectives, responses (good and bad) and ultimately our life experiences. 
It is a safe and enjoyable process for all ages, where YOU are ALWAYS in control and one that yields success for our Clients.

How We Work

We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. We always take each Client on a case by case basis with a personal approach. All of our therapies begin with an initial consultation which involves sitting with our Clients and having an open and honest discussion, in a safe and confidential setting. 

As part of this initial discussion and consultation, we will conduct a review of the historic of the issue for you, how it impacts and effects you on a day to day basis, your relationships or performance and general wellbeing, along with setting some future outcome goals.

From there, together with you, we will develop a bespoke plan tailored to you over a number of sessions, specific to your needs.
