Here, we will highlight some of the methods and techniques that we can apply, to help aleviate the common problems that we encounter in the clinic. We use a variety of therapies to help you achieve the result that you want and are flexible in applying them.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is simply making use of everyone's natural ability to relax deeply, releasing the subconscious resources that may otherwise be unavailable to us. Hypnosis is a well proven therapy that can be hugely beneficial.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is a relatively new therapy emerging from the ongoing research into human behaviour. It has been established that we are all naturally 'programed' with our behaviour, through our interactions with our environment and others around us as we grow up. Many of these programs that our brains run all the time are very useful and relevent, and help us cope with everyday events, but sometimes a program is left running that is no longer beneficial to us, perhaps leaving us with an irrational fear for instance.

These programs can be altered, using NLP methodology to give us more freedom of choice, and allow us to decide ourselves what should trigger a reaction rather than be governed by it automatically.

Traditional Psychotherapy and Counselling

Sometimes all we really need is someone who can listen to you, unbiased and unjudgemental, who can help you make some sense out of a situation that seems to be spiralling out of control. With insight from a different perspective and with the help of a supportive coach, even complex issues can become a lot easier to deal with .
